Past Medical History of psoriasis
This patient is a 77 yr. old gentleman with a Past Medical History of psoriasis and venous stasis condition on his legs for many years. The psoriasis has been treated in the past with multiple steroid creams with exacerbations and remissions. The venous stasis condition was treated in 2003 with vein stripping and litigation. His psoriasis flared up the fall of 2003, unrelated to anything I am aware of and he was seen twice a month in the office with the Amino-Plex® therapy oxygen treatment and debridements and given a bottle of Aminoplex spray to take home and use daily with a gauze dressing, which he did. Photos show the results and no itching as before.
